Lobo Wildlife Lodge:

This is one of the finest buildings of it’s type. It is built entirely from wood and glass amid the rough and ragged contours of an enormous rocky headland to the North of Serengeti, and blends perfectly with it’s surroundings.From the swimming pool dug out of rock, and the bar, the lodge offers a breathtaking view over the plains and bushy Savannah crossed by herds of buffalo and elephants.

Lobo Wildlife Lodge has 75 spacious guest rooms, each one with a private balcony, and all of them offering stunning views over the vast plains of Serengeti National Park.

Mbalageti Serengeti is located in the western corridor of the Serengeti National Park, Tanzania. The Lodge offers a breathtaking 360-degree panorama view of the Serengeti Plain lands and the Mbalageti River, where one of the main attractions is the annual migration of wildebeest and zebra.

Mbalageti is actually a word from the old Maa language. It means wildebeest, but the word is no longer in use; today Mbalageti refers to the seasonal river.

Designed to reflect the brilliance of Lake Manyara’s unique birdlife, the architectural motif melds swooping avian curves with the gentle concentric patterns of traditional Maasai ‘Bomas’ , while the vibrantly coloured wall frescoes depict the colourful intricacy of bird migratory patterns.

Getting there
The Lodge is in Mto wa Mbu, Northern Tanzania, 130 kilometres from Arusha.
By road: transfers by road from Arusha take approximately 2 ½ hours.
By air: the airstrip is adjacent to the lodge and a ‘meet and greet’ and transfer service is offered.






Kirurumu Camp:

Kirurumu Manyara Lodge is set high on the edge of the Great Rift Valley, enjoying a marvellous, uplifting and panoramic view eastward over Lake Manyara, the Rift floor and Mt. Losimingori. Behind Kirurumu, the Ngorongoro Highlands rise in green and fertile splendour and form the gateway to Ngorongoro Crater and, finally, Olduvai Gorge, the Serengeti.

Tarangire Tarangire Sopa Lodge:

Hidden among the kopjes, lies Tarangire Sopa Lodge, surrounded by ancient baobab trees. It is the home of the greatest concentration of elephants in Africa, and other game including the elusive leopard.

It is this nostalgic sparkle that is all too visible in the eyes of the ‘grown-ups’ who gaze upon Tarangire Treetops for the first time. Tarangire Treetops sits serenely in a private game reserve bordering the Tarangire National Park.

A Blaze of Colour and Smiles

As you arrive at the Lodge, you are immediately greeted by a blaze of colour and a host of smiles all of which belong to the local Maasai tribesmen who have become part of the enchanting story that is Tarangire Treetops.

Each treehouse boasts one of the largest bedrooms to be found in any camp or lodge in East Africa – each with a floor space of 65 square metres – and all with an exotic double shower en suite bathroom. Tarangire Safari Lodge:

arangire Safari Lodge is situated on a panoramic bluff in Tarangire National Park, with one of Tanzania’s most spectacular views, encompassing acacias and baobabs, plentiful wildlife and the Tarangire river. Game drives within Tarangire National Park are a year-round wildlife spectacle!

The river flows through the park and is a magnet for wildlife, especially large populations of elephant. The park also contains varied and contrasting landscapes and unrivalled birdlife.

The lodge was the first to be built in the park. Since 1985, it has been owned and managed by the Simonson family, who have added a very personal touch.

At the heart of the lodge are the impressively high thatched roofs of the lounge and dining area. The open design allows for an uninterrupted landscape view and captures the cooling breeze.

Between game viewing excursions, relax in our large, comfortable lounge. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool or browse in the Baobab Boutique.

Our main facilities, including three tents, are wheelchair accessible.

Accommodation choices are either a traditional canvas tent or a roomy stone bungalow, with all rooms having a direct valley view.




Sanctuary Swala, Tarangire

Sanctuary Swala is located in a secluded area of Tarangire National Park, arguably northern Tanzania’s most interesting park, famous for the large herds of elephants and spectacular baobab trees – a fantastic choice for a Tanzania safari holiday.

Twelve tents surround the main dining area, deck and library which are lifted on stilts around an enormous and ancient baobab tree. There is also a stunning infinity swimming pool overlooking the water hole.

Each of the twelve luxurious canvas pavilions is shaded by tall acacia trees and all are within sight of the well-frequented water hole which regularly draws lions, leopards and resident bull elephants for which Sanctuary Swala is famed. The tents feature a spacious open plan arrangement with comfortable king or twin beds, campaign chairs and plush sofas, as well as en suite bathroom with both indoor and outdoor shower. Each tent has its own personal attendant who will attend to guests’ every need.

Exquisitely furnished with traditional materials, the tents at Sanctuary Swala are unashamedly luxurious but still close enough to nature to permit an exciting night under canvas.

A tented camp located in the Tarangire. Special attention is given in to comfort of guest and superb bush cuisine. Is a small camp containing only nine ensuite tents, but offering maximum privacy and environmental disturbance for guest.
