Then proceed to Manyara National Park passing Makuyuni Junction approximately 1 to 2 hours. Wildlife drive in Lake Manyara with picnic lunch under the acacias. Late evening proceed to Kirurumu Tented Lodge.
Lake Natron for flamingoes visit–overnight at Sengo Moivaro Tented Lodge.Pick up at Kirurumu Tented Lodge then proceed to Lake Natron descending down the rift valley to Mto wa mmbu village, then to the Engaruka Maasai Steppe area approximately 1 to 2 hours. Then head to Lake Natron near Mount Oldonyo Lengai approximately 2 to 4 hours. Late evening visit Maasai village during Sunset. Dinner and overnight at Sengo moivaro tented camp.
Lake Natron–Overnight at Sengo Moivaro tented lodge.Early in the morning walk with a Maasai guide to Lake Natron for observing the beautiful flamingoes and amazing rock formations where all flamingoes breed during May and June, approximately 2 to 3 hours easy walk. You can expect to see a huge number of flamingoes and a lot of aquatic birds, so we advise you to bring good binoculars for bird watching. Enjoy a hot lunch at the camp. Evening around 4 p.m. walk to the huge waterfalls crossing the Kamakia river and beautiful rock formations up to the beginning of the river where you will have good time relaxing and swimming in a fresh waterfall. Serengeti national park–overnight at Ikoma Bush CampEarly morning breakfast at the camp then proceed to Serengeti National Park via Loliondo game reserve and Cleins gate approximately 2 hours drive while watching Jirafes and zebras on the way to Cleins gate on the north part of Serengeti. Then proceed to Lobo area where you can see some prides of lions and leopards, drive to central and western part of Serengeti where you have the Ikoma Tented Camp, that will be approximately 3 to 5 hours because of wildlife drive on route. Ngorongoro–Overnight at Bougainvillea Lodge near KaratuMorning proceed to Ngorongoro Conservaton Area where you will visit the shifting sands and Olduvai Gorge Museum:The exhibits at the Olduvai Gorge Museum are centered around the paleoanthropological research and artifacts that have come from the surrounding area. There is one hall dedicated to the Leakey family and their pursuit of working at Olduvai Gorge. This hall has historical artifacts from the Olduvai Gorge area as well as charts and maps explaining the process of fossil excavation. Many of the artifacts are original but some are casts–specifically the hominid skulls. The adjacent hall is dedicated solely to the Laetoli fossilized footprints. A cast that was made of part of the footprint trail in 1996 by the J. Paul Getty Museum is on display. Accompanying this are several charts and photographs describing and illustrating the process of the Laetoli Footprints creation. There is also a large illustration depicting three Australopithecus afarensis walking through the area 3.6 million years ago. In addition to these indoor museum exhibits there are also two outdoor lecture areas. The Crater, which formed when a giant volcano exploded and collapsed on itself some two to three million years ago, is 610 m (2,000 ft) deep and its floor covers 260 km2 (100 sq mi). Estimates of the height of the original volcano range from fifteen to nineteen thousand feet (4500 to 5800 metres) high.
Lake Eyasi for bushmen visit–Overnight at Bougainvillea Lodge near KaratuIf you are able to visit the Bushmen, wake up early then proceed to Lake Eyasi forest. Driving time is 2 to 3 hours because of the rough road. Then you will have a chance to see them hunting depending on the day and if you find them getting prepared for hunting you may accompany and hunt with them. It will be full day with picnic lunch under the acacias. The day ends with dinner and overnight at Bougainvillea Lodge Karatu.
